Anyone have any experience with this item? Looking for an easy way to add some underwater light to my boat.
Thoughts?

I was eyeing this initially but after some further looking, I’m leaning towards the Electra instead.
Simple install, triple the output and comes in RGB.
Sorry no experience with either though.

Anyone know if there is wiring to the back of the boat to tie in the underwater lights when they are not factory installed.

In the new Moomba’s (like my 2017 Craz) there is a wire with a crimp on it behind the plastic panel on the stern of the boat, inside the engine bay, behind the engine. You have to remover the black panel to see it. When you lift up the center cushion/engine cover, look at the hinge, then look under the hinge. That is the black panel, you need to remove, and the wire is up under the gunwale on the right side as you are looking back towards the stern of the boat.

One of the unmarked accessory switches. I don’t remember which one off hand.

Haven’t got pics of it lit up at night yet. And it is wired the the spare accessory switch nearest to the steering column. This is with the existing factory wiring setup.

Per the other topic I posted in I had to modify the Loki-2 to fit like this. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180508/ccff32cdf783d92898d104a16cfb4b6d.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180508/9837e51fac4f419e929ea7b3e145b2ae.jpg
Just about every drain plug light out there worth a damn, is too big for our newer Moombas as the drain plug is too close to the wake plate. So this one works but you have to bevel the bottom edge to clear the hinge.

It’s ok. There are other versions with larger LED arrays that would put out more lumens, which I would recommend if your budget allows.
The Loki looks cool at night, but it’s not going to be cranking out tons of light, and it’s purely due to the size of the arrays.
I would look at the Titan-2 instead if you are really looking for wow factor, and can fit it.

Otherwise, quality wise, I have no issues with this light.
