Congrats on the new boat! I see you are in the Lake Murray area, I too use Murray and bought my Supra and have only taken it out once and had to winterize....I'm feeling your blues too my friend. As you will see in my Sig. I LOVE the color!! We will have to meet up at the lake this year once the weather turns for the better and do some surfing!

Honestly, we usually always go to Murray and we are there most Saturday and Sundays every week it its nice out. We don't love having to make the drive, but its worth it. I was originally supposed to be building a house off Amicks Ferry when I was working at VC Summer, but now I'm down in Aiken due to job transfer. I would eventually like to build a house up there again, but it will probably be in a couple of years.

Usually SCE&G 4, but we might start trying SCE&G 3. It's about the same amount of time in the truck regardless of which one we go to. Where are you guys usually posted up?

Man I'm stoked to get out there and meet up. Keep in touch!Where do you store your boat ? I'm asking for a couple reasons...do you keep it in a garage with the tower folded ? If you store your boat @ a storage facility then you might wanna consider the place where I store mine it's literally 1 minute away from "Spinners" or Lake Murray Resort & Marina. It's a brand new storage facility and all of there bays are covered. I have mine in a covered 40' bay on the cheap. Not being nosey just figured if you always boat on Murray why not keep it a mile from the landing in covered storage. If you need more info just let me know. I was also curious about the garage thing because my previous boat 08' 24SSV Worlds would fit in my garage but the Mojo doesn't fit height wise...the tower doesn't fold down far enough so I was wondering if the tower on the Supra folds down further? Maybe a reason to get another Supra. I know the older SA's weren't as deep the ones are deeper like yours.

I really appreciate the info, I might consider looking into that storage facility you speak of. I actually dug out and extended my driveway at the house here in Aiken and had a really tall car port installed so that I could pull the boat under with the tower still up, barely clears, but clears nonetheless. I have a side entry garage and privacy bushes opposite from it and could never make the turn to even try and get the boat in the garage. Not to mention as you said, this 16' boat is sooooo tall even with the tower folded I don't believe it would fit anyway. Having the cummins to pull it, trailering isn't a huge issue b/c I still have to make the drive anyway, but I am still going to run it by the wife to see if it might be something she is interested in. Thanks a ton and let me know what the name of that place is near spinners.

I hear ya on towing it doesn't bother me either I actually enjoy pulling mine down the road if it would fit in my garage I wouldn't have it in storage. I was just assuming that you might need storage and was curious if it fit in a standard garage tower folded obviously. Talk with you soon.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180208/fc929efe9226895e106bbb641d2a71b8.jpg

Thank you so much for the information...I actually brought it up to the wife and she wasn't completely against it, just to free up some space at the house for our truck to park under the massive carport would be kind of nice. You weren't kidding its really close to spinners and close to where we put in to begin with. Definitely going to have to seriously consider it now. Talk to you soon...hopefully at the lake in the very near future!

Went to get the boat last night and took some pics of the storage facility. Mines in a 40' bay all the way to the back so it is well protected from the elements.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180213/547a1362f5cb0cfb9417698a5e907c7c.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180213/d1b97f7785735abb4c4971ac0d06da72.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180213/deae688747754172dbb9e77a5b840e24.jpg

That thing looks AMAZING...I LOVE those colors and she sure looks good on the water! I was putting a lift on my truck all weekend, but had I not been doing that I thought about bringing mine out for the first time. Days like we had this past weekend and yesterday are really giving me the fever! I need to find time to pull mine out from under the carport and get a good coat of wax on before I take her out for the first time. Looking forward to seeing the new toy in person very very soon.

Can catch a glimpse of the boat in the background.

Great looking Dodge, and I am a Ford Super Duty guy.

Love the wheels and tires...good luck keeping that truck clean with those wide rims/tires though. Not to mention the rock chips all down the rocker panels and sides.

Looks great though!!

What lift/tires did you go with? That looks like a pre'13 truck with the 5 link front since the shocks are inside the springs.
Looks great! I'm already wishing I'd done 37's on my 2017. The 35's look small even being 13.5 wide!

I greatly appreciate all of the compliments!! You are correct, its a 2012 Laramie Longhorn, was originally the black and gold two tone, but my wife insisted that she wanted it all black now. Took it in last week and got the rockers and bumpers painted black to match. I went with the Fabtech 6" lift with the upgraded 2.25" Dirt Logic shocks. Hostile Sprockets 20 x 12 with -44 offset and Nitto Trail Grapplers, 37 x 13.5's. I too as worried about the rocks with that much stance, so I ordered the pre-cut Clear 3M protectors for the front bumper and to do all the rocker panels all the way down to the rear bumper. I bought the truck new and have had nothing but black vehicles for as long as I've been driving, so I have become fairly proficient in maintaining them, just par for the course at my house. LOL
