That time of year again. Anybody getting something cool or exciting for Christmas? Or, have you picked out a killer gift for someone else, the wife, the kids, mom?

My wife has been on a huge red wine kick lately. I ordered a first case from Naked Wines. After she gets it we'll talk about if she wants to join. Kind of a cool deal where you pay a certain amount monthly in exchange for wine credits you can redeem at any time. They use the steady income to support and develop emerging winemakers who have a vision for new wines. Kinda cool.

So how about you? Any cool ideas or even something you always wanted or wanted to give?

Our first baby is due Jan 5th so if my wife finds out I ordered Enzos she might just strangle me, LOL! I may have to order them on a card that she doesn't see a statement for, haha!

going to be a quiet time in the household here. between running back and forth to boise, vegas and family coming here have not had a chance to really think about xmas and no kids doesn't really make it a priority...

a quiet weekend together with some good liquor, good meat on the grill and the 2 of us makes for a good xmas.....

Wife bought me a new Martin DC-16e acoustic guitar, which I should have next week...but she doesn't know it yet. She wanted the new TV.

Thanks for supporting our local economy. Naked is at tons of our events. Drive past their tasting rooms all the time. There's just one of many down here though. Looked at their club aspect, but you don't get as much choice in the matter to satisfy my wife's preferences, so no go for us. Plus, OR wineries are so plentiful, we have no shortage of options.

My wife and I always get 'each other' something we both can use every year since we started out poorer than dirt and are finally doing well. A couple xmas's ago we bought a new bed, one of the adjustable base deals. We love it.
This year we bought chairs for our media room in the new house. Power adjustable, the whole shebang!

However, for any of you guys out there stuck on a gift, my sister turned me on to a new company called Tyme Iron. If yalls wives spend lots of time on their hair with a flat iron, this is for y'all! It's a flat iron that curls is the best way to put it. Just buy one, you're welcome... lol

My wife wanted an apple watch so she picked on out and bough it herself. We usually just buy ourselves our own gifts lol. Well this year I wanted to be better than years past so I bought her a new 7 round magazine for hey Sig P238, at the same time I also bought her this gold diamond necklace she pointed out to me at Zales a few weeks back. I went home and wrapped them but only left the gun mag out and hid the necklace. She placed the mag under the tree and out 2 year old opened it prematurely so she thinks all i got her was a gun mag. She is going to pretty stoked hopefully when I pull out a surprise secret gift she has no idea about.

Oh and I got a new gun safe, so we can finally be responsible gun owners lol.

Why in the hell were you at zales???? Those trips should have stopped at “I do”!!

Guns and accessories are cool though!

Its the sig brand 7 round mag. The 6 round one it comes with makes the gun so small you have no where for your pink, the 7 round mag give one extra shot and a nice little grooved pinky holder.

Russell, we were at Zales because she had a ring from there that a diamond had fallen out of and she was getting it repaired. We were there to pick it up.

Yep, my hands are so big I have a hard time with the 6rd mags. Hope she enjoys it! Guns and gun accessories are the best Xmas ideas!

We get our new house! Supposed to close 12/27 after months of building. Had hoped to be in for Christmas, but will miss it by 2 days. Can’t wait to get out of this crappy apartment!

Congrats on the new casa. That’s a present the whole family will enjoy especially after being squeezed into an apartment for several month.

The elf is a full time job!

Been hoping one of the girls would touch him so he would “fly back to North Pole”.

We have a baby girl due this week, no later than Dec 22! So our gift to each other was new flooring in the kitchen, living and dining rooms, redone cabinets, granite countertops and new fixtures and lighting. I installed a nice new faucet in the wife's bathroom for her. The only other gift we want is a smooth delivery and a healthy future shredder, or whatever she chooses to be in life. Oh, I got myself a couple FlyHigh fat bricks and a pump, can never have enough ballast...lol

Congrats Knox!!

My wife and I had our boy 1st and it was awesome, but there is something about a daughter that is so special I can't really put it in words. Just wait until she say DaDa for the 1st time...wrapped around her finger doesn't begin to describe it.

We have had a few baby girls added to our wake community in the last year, hopefully we can draw on their experiences so far. Thanks everyone for the kind words. It's a blessing for sure!!

My background picture on my computer at work is of my girls + Russell’s 2 girls+ Dusty’s daughter (all when they were 10 years old or younger) on the back platform of my Mojo.

People come in and ask, are all 6 of those girls yours? I laugh, and say “no, only half of them are mine”

Congrats!

I also got my wife a new pool patio. Well, resurfaced it anyway. Truly a gift for all of us.

Texture is going on today and might be ready for paint by Christmas. Not bad when it was bare studs and no walls a month ago. Added what will be a poker room, pretty stoked.
