This is my first year with our LSV and the first year having our boat winterized by the local inboard shop. The mechanic said store the boat with a full tank of gas. Is this what everyone else does? Thanks

From what I have been told it helps prevent condensation. I fill and treat with Sta-bil marine 360.

Yes, a full tank reduces the amount of air in the tank so it can't condense. And also since these ethanol blend fuels are hygroscopic (they absorb water) if you can find E0 fuel that would be best, plus some marine Stabil.

Will do, I've learned my lesson with ethanol fuel.

Yes. Preferably non-ethanol. But not necessary. Just make sure it's treated with stabil marine 360.

If you top your tank on a cool/cold day, when the weather warms up the gas and it expands it could over flow out the vent line.
