Have your own portable boat storage unit. I never knew these things existed.

Wow, that is really cool....if that was closer I would seriously consider it.

That is actually kind of cool. Hopefully there is some good ventilation going on. Hopefully it would fit with the rack.

I agree. I would like to see a video of it backing in and rolling the boat on the bunks.

Didn't know those things existed... $5500 is not a bad price at all

Interesting idea... but I'd be worried about mildew and mold. Those enclosed car hauler trailers get hot when they just sit. Plus it'd be really hard to wipe down the boat or do any exterior maintenance.
But for someone with a lack of storage options, that's pretty ingenious!

interesting concept but as broke mentioned, I would shy away.
bet loading/unloading is something to watch since floating the boat would be difficult and thinking the back-bottom of that will rust/rot over time.

That really is awesome!

What if you had one that the sides were hinged panels that could be lifted up for access to the boat while on the trailer and then locked down for security?

Tower height would also be a concern. Could you load the boat from the ramp w/the tower folded? that'd be a nice trick. I suppose you could do rollers instead of bunks, and winch the boat all the way in once you fold the tower down. but now you're talking about a $30-40k trailer for a $70-$120k boat. yikes. i guess if you had that kind of $$$ you could just pay for storage. lol
