Hey guys wanted to get some input before i got my new Helix out on the water for the first time. I have done a bunch of research on the forums but trying to compile it so i dont waste any unnecessary time. I have the surf edition, no autowake. 650s rear, 400 Center and IBS (will upgrade bags over the winter, and maybe the prop, and so on......). So what would you tweak on this setup (I get that depth and passengers will cause variations)

Surfing: port side
All bags full
Have an extra 500 lb bag i should be able to move around (portside corner?)
Speed: 10.5-11
Wakeplate: 0-25%
Port tab: 55ish%
Starboard tab: 0%??????

Thanks for the input guys

Surfing port side you need to deploy the starboard tab. It the opposite. No deployment on surf side. Wake will be small with 650's so prepare yourself for disappointment unless you weigh 150lb.

thanks Stazi. other than flipping the tabs does everything else look OK? Also, if i was able to get 1000 pounds on the rear bench would that closely simulate the bigger bags? Cant believe Wavemakers wants $100+ for 3 day shipping. Was holding off on purchase till i got the code

The 1000 at the back will help, but more in the back lockers PLUS that bag on the back seat would be even better!i would offset that huge bag to one side (surf side) as far back as you can get it.

I did the 1175 bags on my helix and they are awesome. I also like to tuck a 450 under the bench seat after I slide it forward.
