First is there a better option than the stock Bimini that you don't have to use the straps .And I upgraded Ballest to 1160 in both rears and 500 in middle and 750 upfront .With boat filled with people cannot get up to speed to surf what prop would work the best .Will it affect my wave also .

Get the 2079. Worked wonders with a lot of weight in my Mondo. As far as Bimini goes I couldn't tell ya. Try talking to a local upholstery shop and see if they have any ideas.

Prop will not affect your wave.

The first gen Mondos have the old tower and the Bimini is garbage. They fixed it on the 2017 and newer with the A3 Tower that comes with integrated surf sleeves. I have heard of people taking it to an uphostlery shop and getting surf sleeves put in it.

I run an OJ 945 Prop(15x13) that came with the boat and I run similar to you as follows:

1) Front = 500 hard tank+ 500 IBS
2) 2 x 1140s in the back lockers
3) 500 lbs lead scattered throughout...but usually in the side seats based on surf side
4) I have a 650 lbs bag that I run with less than 5 adults in the boat and run it on the floor infront of the rear seat

With that setup I usually hover at around 3300-3500 RPMs and have no problem getting to surf speed. I have a spare ACME 1235 that I have yet to try on it.

The ACME 2079 would be more aggressive that the OJ 945 and lose even more top end speed. What kinda elevation you ride at?
