Which prop are you currently running? I have the 14.25 x 14.5 on my boat currently and run about the same amount of ballast. When I called nettles they recommended the ACME 2313 (15x12, .150 cup) which I plan to buy myself as a Christmas gift during the off season.

A lot of people like the 15x13 which was the factory upgraded prop as well.

I had the 15 x13 but ruined it loading the boat last weekend during the storm . I've had this boat in and out at least 30 times but it was real windy and I went on crooked and decided to put it in reverse and caught the trailer . I loved that prop but was just seeing if something better was out there

If it worked good for your setup I wouldn't change it. You still had plenty of pickup all loaded up?

Measure the clearance between your 15" and the hull and measure clearance between your 15" and the trailer. I would bet you have enough room for a 16" prop. As long as you 1.5" prop to hull clearance you're golden. From there; shoot for something like 16x12 and try it out. If you need more or less pitch, more or less cup have a prop shop fine tune it for you.

The trick is starting with the largest diameter prop you can fit. From there a prop shop can repitch it too your liking. Once you have the right diameter, there's no reason to buy a new prop. The pitch can be adjusted 2" up or down.
