Really 10 subs a little over kill

Would have spent the coin on 4 rev 10 and 2 subs instead of the those tower speakers

Poser boat. I am into good sound systems and appreciate a well done system that sounds goo; but like you said 10 subs that end up eating all the storage space is ridiculous to me. I bet they don't use that boat for its intended purpose in fear of getting the stereo wet.

Around here, wakeboard boats are a status symbol for many. We basically see two types of users: those who board/tow/play and those who just want to anchor, drink, party and look cool. Image and loud music are very import to the second category. So yeah, when I see a sound setup like this, I expect that they are more interested in image than sport. I took a friend out and he laughingly said that he wakeboarded more behind our boat in one afternoon than he had behind his friend's $100k Malibu in 10 years of regular use.

Exactly my thoughts, and what I have seen first hand too. "Bro's" with wakeboard boats loaded to the hilt with amps and speakers, yet the owners never ride or do any kind of wakesports. Pretty lame.... by a damn Formula or a Sunsation if you want to be a douche canoe.

Wow, I never would have guessed that. I haven't really noticed that on our lake. Seems like the only time anyone sits is while waiting for their tanks to fill.
I can't imagine spending that kinda money and not using it.

We have a black and yellow Mojo 2.5 on lake Conroe that has an extension over the top of the tower just to hold more speakers lol. They also have a stripper pole where the ski pylon goes.

However, the water police rag on that guy constantly from the looks of it.
You can SEE (not hear) that boat coming for miles with those speakers up there.
