Ballast pump access

Where are the ballast pumps located on my 2017 mojo and how do I access them? I am trying to get a jump start on winterization specifically how to get antifreeze in the center hard tank I plan on pulling the bags and letting the pumps suck in some antifreeze but wasn't sure the routing on the bow and center tank

They are behind the back boards on the rear lockers. Remove 2 screws per panel at the top of the panel and 1 screw on bracket at the bottom.
