2017 Helix - Have autowake settings menu, but can't turn on autowake?

Hey all, I bought a helix last october, model year 2017. In my menu under vessel settings, I have autowake settings, but it doesn't seem I have the ability to actually turn on autowake! I pressed my cruise control button twice like the owner manual said, but it didn't bring anything up.

Does my boat not have it? Or am I doing something wrong?

When you press the left bottom button, the first time it will go yellow and this is the standard "cruise" setting, where you can set the speed and turn the surf tabs on either left or right. Press it again and is will stay yellow and say Autowake in that little yellow highlight, then if you leave surf switch centralized it will control the ballast to level then if you select the wake switch left or right it will offset the ballast for surfing. In either of these modes you can use the right stalk behind the steering wheel to adjust the max speed.

All the 2017 displays have AutoWake in the software. However, if you don't purchase the option, then you don't have the inclinometer and the system will not go into AutoWake mode. You can contact your dealer about ordering the parts to upgrade if you would like.

I have a 2016 Helix leftover that was supposed to be upgraded by the dealer to include Autowake. I have the new display. However, I have the same thing with my display not showing the Autowake label when pressing the button again after being on the cruise control mode.

I'm confused because going into cruise control mode and flipping the surf side switch I thought deployed the tabs automatically so I just assumed I had the Autowake system installed.

I guess I don't???

Sounds like you need to contact your dealer if that was the case.

You can also look under the dash and see if you have an inclinometer. It is a little black box mounted under the dash and has several little red LED's on it. If you are not seeing the AutoWake page, then either you don't have the inclinometer and hence don't have AutoWake, or possibly the inclinometer is not plugged up. In either case, I would check with dealer.

I would contact your dealer. I don't see it from that angle, but it is a black box with small leds and mounted on the flat spot under the dash. I am betting you don't have it.
