Transom remote for Sony head unit

Hi - I'd like to add a transom remote to my 2014 Mondo. It's got a Sony head unit, and a Sony remote next to the driver's seat. The only Sony remotes I've been able to find are basically the same as the one up front, which is too big to mount on the transom. Does anyone know of a smaller remote that works, or has the Sony remote and where is it mounted? Thanks!

How small are you wanting, as Sony has retired the large LCD screen remote. Only thing left is the 2" non display round. CPS Inc offers a compatible one of the same size.

The only ones I see available anywhere are the RMX60ML, which is basically what I have next to the driver's seat, and is about 4" diameter. Do you know where to get the smaller one? I don't need the display, mainly for volume control at the transom.

Must be old stock bought up by online clearing houses as the 60ml has been retired 2-3 seasons now. It also looks as if sony has also retired the non-display rmx-11m.

I've been looking for the RMX-11M but can't find one anywhere, except for a guy in Germany selling one on eBay for $1200.

Looks like I'll need to switch head units and remotes if I want to pursue the transom remote idea.

Thought they went to mb quartz and then to fusion

I'm talking with the guys who have the remote in stock now to see how they might bring it to market so you guys can buy it. I think a plan is in place but just now I am trying to confirm it.

You could mount under rub rail on the stern
