Where to buy push button circuit breakers that fit 2011 OV

I have purchased 3 different breakers and none fit. One allows me to push it into the receptacle, but is too tall to allow me to replace clear plastic cover. I think I've tried due diligence to find the right breaker. Can someone tell me specifically what I need to buy?

What information do you have off the breaker? Close up pictures will help.
