Stainless steel rub rail

I have bumped my stainless steel rub rail a few times and want to replace it. I called the dealer and the rail itself isn't all that expensive but the shipping is more than the cost of the rail.
Does anyone know who actually makes it? Was thinking about seeing if I could buy direct and then have one of the freight companies at work pick it up and try to save a bit on shipping.

Not off hand but I'm sure you understand why shipping is so expensive? They have to really pack it good to keep from bending it.

I was actually told it was more so because it ships in 20' lengths and has to go LTL.

Interesting I mean yes 20ft length is hard to ship

I ship a 15ft press all the time and it's always a pain

Maybe you can look into just the section you need not the entire rail?
