Supra SA Impeller Change

Has anyone changed an impeller on the '16-'17 Supra SA? I suspect I have a damaged impeller. The dealer says the rear surf storage locker needs to be removed. Is this the case for people who have done it?

I would think it is the same as my 2016 SG 450. I just changed it this week. I removed the side panel and the rear transom panel (port side). I also removed the brackets from the rear panel to make it easier. Once I did that it was fairly easy to get to.
