I currently have 2, 750 watt 4 ohm power acoustik speakers, but what I need help with is knowing what kind of amp will match up with the speakers. Also, I know there are different ways to wire speakers so any advice on the best way to do that is also greatly appreciated.

750W Peak?

I would personally throw in a PPI 900.4, bridged down to 4Ωx2, ~450W.

My guess that leaves a lot of headroom for the current setup, and for upgrades down the road.

Been more than pleased with the 900.4 on my REV10s

Do you have a model number of those speakers? 750W sounds like peak for both combines, which would equate to about 175W rms for each pod.

They are power acoustik MWT-80T and they are 750 watts max, 375 watts RMS each.

Power Handling:
Peak: 750 watts per pair / 375 watts each
RMS: 375 watts per pair / 187 watts each

My amp choice for wattage v's $$$ would be the kicker KXMA400.4 @ 200W rms x 2 @ 4 ohm http://www.kicker.com/kxma4004-4-channel-stereo-marine-amplifier
