Speedo not working....

Hi guys my speedometer isn't working on my 2011 LSV. The fuel gauge and MPH gauge are in the same gauge together. The fuel gauge works but nothing out of the speedo. I checked the gear tooth on the bottom of the boat and it spins freely. Any ideas?

I just replaced that multi gauge on my Mojo I did a write up.

The gauge is arose no 150

So more than likely I need to just replace the gauge?
