I have the factory snap on bow cover and snap on cockpit cover.
It it starting to show its age, and I am over the snaps, and I hate that it does not cover down to the rubrail.

Is, or was, there a full factory cover, that comes down over the rub rail with some sort of drawstring or ratchet?

Can it be ordered direct from Skiers Choice?
Anyone have a part number or good source?

Thanks!

Go online towww.greatlakesboattop.com/moomba . They have sunbrella covers that are excellent.

Just checked the site. My boat is not listed, but was able to request a quote.
Thank you.

Anyone else have an OEM source?

Thanks.
Almost a score, but the same one I found.
Appears to be for a standard Outback, (direct drive), and not an Outback V.
Was hoping for a factory or OEM version if one exists?

The old factory covers were crap IMO. I got one of the boat covers direct covers for my old 2004 LS years back and it was excellent.

Good to know.
I'll reach out to them and see if they have something for my boat.
Thanks again.

I loved the factory cover for my 2009. The Velcro went bad, but the cover still protected the boat down past the rub rails.. It did have draw straps and a ratchet. If you want I can email you photos of it.

That would be great, and I would appreciate it!
(I still need call SC and check price and availability.)

if you want to tow with a cover on, try looking at Evolutions-not cheap tho

I'll bet any decent cover these days is about $1K

Not interested in towing with it, just better storage protection.

Yup, fully expecting it to be $800 to $1k.

I actually put a 2nd cover on to protect the factory cover - got the 2nd cover at Walmart for about $130.

When I bought the boat, I was interested in the cockpit and snap-on covers. My dealer talked me out of it.

Your dealer did you right.
I'm no fan of the snap on covers, and they offer far less protection.

Snaps on a wakeboard boat are sacrilegious!

After seeing the photos of Ed's factory cover, I would like to order one.
(I finally received a reply from Skiers Choice with the proper part number required for my boat.)

Any dealer recommendations for the best "parts counter" to order from?

Thanks!

I always called SC and spoke with Anthony Cooper - "the parts Guru"

He gave me the part number, but cannot provide any pricing.

I need to order from a dealer, and have it shipped to me.

Just looking for recommendations as to who might have the best service/price?

Lot of people rave about the Atlanta dealer
