Looking at info for a supra sa 2017. How is the wake board and surf wakes compared to other models in the line? We are a 70% board and 20% surf 10% Ski family. I have a 210 ( I love the boat but looking for a little more space) and ride a G23 a lot. Love the 23 wake.
Models I am looking at
Centurion Fi 23
Nautique gs22
Tige Rzx 2
Nautique 230
If I can find a carry over g23 maybe but I doubt it
What models should I be looking at in the Supra Line? Any new models coming out?

Man the new Fi23 is the stones!!!!! If you could get that decked out for 90-100k they will sell a bunch!!!!

I haven't ridden any of those boats so I can't chime in, I have heard great things on the SA though. 🤷🏼*♂️

I think any Supra boat would do what you want good. The size is what would matter. How big is your normal crew? I bought an SA at the end of last year. It still amazes me each time out. Whatever you want to do behind it does at a high level. I even had a slalom guy behind it Father's Day and he was really impressed considering he saw the surf wave first and thought no way that will be good to ski behind.

I would also add since you wakeboard that that wake is crazy good straight from factory. I don't even ride the advanced rider setting because it scares me!!!

With that mix of activity, go ahead & cross the Centurion & Tige off the list & add the the Supra SA & Malibu 22MXZ. Both of these boats will be appointed as well as, or better, than the Natiques you have listed and will outperform them as well, IMO.

You must be stoned if you're willing to pay $90-100k for their "premium-entry level" (their words from the press release, not mine) boat. So, big sales in Colorado, Washington, Cali, Maine, Massachusetts & Alaska.

keep in mind that some of the best boarders in the world rode behind a Supra (Sanders, Hansen, etc...).

And surfers (Wolfe & Payne)

Some of the best boarders still ride behind Supra! Tuenissen, Rapa and the Hansen boys are still around.

Who can forget the Surfers!!

Trevor Hansen is more around the ever - he is now a Real Estate agent in Clermont. Buy a house and get a wakeboard lesson.

You need to demo a SA before you make your choice. The SA is amazing when it comes to the wakeboard wake and so many different ways to setup depending on rider levels. If you're a 20% surfer you will be more then happy with the wave on both sides. Autowake will set the SA above the rest! Again well worth your time to demo the SA.

I want to stick to around a 22-23ft boat. I am concerned on bow rise so scratch the bu. Sorry just not a bu guy too many out there on my lake.

I talked to the dealer from supra, mint sounds like the dealership in Kelowna is pretty solid. The new auto wake looks pretty slick,
Concerns are
My outback v spider cracked like crazy the first year. How is the gel coating /Fiberglass on a supra compared to a Moomba?
Are they going to be putting a new larger screen in for next season, looks small compared to other brands. Are there any issues with the current screens dying?

No problems with screen at all in my 2 years with Supra. SA and MXZ will both be your best bet. The SA with right amount of weight will be awesome. Go with 450 motor imo

First off I'm sure you will be hard pressed to get one in the 90s. Just like every boat the options you want add up 🤦🏼*♂️but if you can get a well equipped "premium entry level" 23' boat in the 90s it will sell like hot cakes. They couldn't even keep up production on their 257 [emoji23]. But if you're paying 120-130 for their "premium entry level" I would totally look elsewhere.

I'm with the OP though, I wouldn't ride a Bu unless they paid me (no offense). Wayyyyyyy to many on my lake.

OP I would add a Craz to the list if you want to save a lot of money

Screen size is more than big enough. Bigger would probably be a distraction.

Just curious what does the mojo pro retail for? Isnt it low 80s? Moomba mojo is the premium entry level wakeboat right. Go apples to apples on the fi 23 and mojo pro. I think centurion is onto something here. instant ballast with NO pumps, GENIUS!

Their ramfill system has been around for years, isn't proprietary to Centurion (check out MB boats) and definitely isn't genius when the gates won't open to allow you to dump all that water when you're done for the day. Most Centurion owners still add bags & pumps to compliment the ramfill system. I also choose to have a NMMA certified boat that fills the voids in the hull with floatation foam vs water.

Larry Mann of Fresh Air Exhaust filed for a patent on this concept in 2004

Martin Motor Sports in Kelowna is great. I bought my '16 Mondo from them and Shawn Green has given me exceptional service to date. When I upgrade, my experience with him so far would sway me to buying from them again. Can't speak for the Supra SA but my Mondo gel coat isn't cracking.

Anyway I boat on Lake Okanagan when things aren't flooding or on fire!

I have to check into this some more. But, i have had pumps fail and was stuck trying to sell an xlv moomba. Ive not heard of this complaint before.

If a boat is going to sink it's going to sink, doesn't matter how much foam is in it. I think for insurance purposes I'd rather have it sink to the bottom anyways lol 🤷🏼*♂️

Buy it. Everything about the boat is awesome. All wave stuff is great. Surf storage is amazing. Boat drives like a Italian sports car.

Still shot from video so not best quality. Wave is great. I only added 200 pounds of lead and this was driver with one passenger. It only gets better with more weight.
