Hi Everyone, I just picked up my first Moomba 2 days ago. It is a 2011 Mobius LSV. Anything I should know about? Whats the best oil to run in it? Where can I get a replacement ballast tank? I noticed that one of the ballast pumps starts pumping and then stops after 20 seconds or so. Any Ideas whats going on with that?

Congrats! Let's see some pics!
As for the oil, check your owners manual. If you don't have it you can get one here:

Ballast bags at wakemakers. There is a discount available for forum members.
As for the ballast pump, someone will chime in shortly, I'm sure.

Here are some pics of it. I Paid 21500. It has 1000 hours. Not perfect condition but nice enough. Seats show wear and a couple marks in the Gel coat. Needs some cleaning up but I still put 6 hours on it this weekend.
Welcome and the boat looks good! Wakemakers can help with the pumps as well just give them a call. Most are using reversible pumps. It requires a full change out of everything but worth it if you have the time and cash.

Wow, I think you found a great deal at $21k.

The trailer obviously does not match, does anyone think it would look weird if I just got it rhino lined? I think anything would go better than the yellow.

I would probably just paint it blue or black and be done with it.

Are you sure it's a 2011? My 2006 looked almost identical. I know minor changes were made. If it is a 2011 you got the deal of the year! Why does the trailer not match?
Just look at the HIN on the back of the transom. The last two digits will give you the year.

ISRML171A111 is the HID number. I thought it didnt look like the other 2011s I have seen either but I called Skiers Choice and they said its legit. It didnt come with a trailer, had to buy it separately.

Any idea where I can get an oil filter?
Most any online or local marine store will have one. It is pretty common.
