I have a 2016 Helix.

Any idea on where to get a spare transom plug? Mine has a "O" ring on it and I can't find a similar one online. I like the idea of having a spare but don't know if it's really necessary.

When I trailer my boat without a cover my rear locker lids open and lift up. I tried attaching 2.5 lbs weights to the lift arm with a zip tie but they still spring open. Anyone else have this?

I didn't get a owner's manual with my boat (dealer demo boat) and I can't find it online anywhere. Moomba's site only shows the 2017 Helix?

How fast are you going? I have 17 but never had it over 60

Get some double sided velcro tape and stick one half to the door and the other to the frame. Should hold em down when you close. Also makes that cool "riiiiiiiiiiiiiip" sound when you open. Folks been using it for loose cushions for years.

Try blocking the bilge air inlet vents.

If you exhausted the sites like skidim, bakes, inboard online, great lakes skip, waterskis, etc, the dealer can get one from SC.

i don't believe there is such a thing as a 2016 Helix. It was a mid-year release and therefore a 2017 model, even though it was sold in 2016. You can call SC and provide your hull ID number to confirm.

All my paperwork from the dealer said it was a 2016. I called SC and they said because it was a mid year release it didn't make the 2016 manual. I never thought to ask him look up the hull ID but I might do that.

Thanks for the other suggestions on the lockers springing up.

Even tho it's a mid year release they are still 16's. Your hull id last 2 digits are the actual year for the boat. So if your going around claiming it's a 17 and anybody with any common sense looks at the hull id, you might get blasted, lol.
