Y'all know I'm an Exile fanboi, and my recent experience reaffirms why -
I have a pair of SXT9s and a pair of XM9s, each in their own XM30.2
Through a series of stupid events, I popped the tweeters on the SXT9s - I shipped them back to Exile - they were delivered Tuesday evening - just got word that the repairs are done and speakers are back in transit to me - fully warrantied!
Mind you, these speaker have been modified, both external (custom paint) and internally (during my trouble shooting I cracked them open, pulled the crossovers out, clipped wires to test woofers and tweeters independently)
I fully expected to pay for the repair, and they aren't even asking me to pay the shipping!?
