Exile EXDZ install question

The installation looks pretty straight forward, but I am struggling with the RCA input from my Sony head unit. On the back of the radio I have 2 pair of RCA's, Rear audio and Front audio that currently go to my 2 amps. The input for the EXDZ only has 1 set of RCA's. How do I properly hook up my head unit to the EXDZ?

Just choose one set and make sure the sony head unit is balanced between front and rear and it will send signal to both and ultimately to the eq
