So I emailed Skier's Choice about the bow step pads and I get an email back form Rick Tinker. I didn't think anything about it, I didn't know who he was, and then I was reading in another forum that he's the President, LOL. Is that usual for the president of a boat company to email customers about things as mundane as a step pads? I like it!! :o

Drew tinker has been working with me on Facebook with tracking my boat and some set up on it. Same thing I didn't think anything about it until I saw he is part of the family there. Very nice people!

Rick is a super guy, I've meet him several times and we chat privately as well.

He cares deeply for the SC family.
That's one reason why I don't see why I would ever leave.

He is just a real down to earth guy trying to make this lifestyle better.

+1 for Rick, met him a couple years ago at the Houston boat show and was a stand up dude and Drew was awesome giving us updates while our boat was being built. Skiers Choice customer for life here.

Yeah, I've never had the president of any company email me, no matter how big or small. Pretty cool that he keeps up with even the smallest details. :)

Very rare that the president shows his face in the day-to-day. Rick is a very stand up guy. He actually was at the boat show and worked with us when we bought our Craz. Both he and Drew are very visible and interactive in the boat ownership experience. Just for that alone, whenever I do upgrade again, no doubt I'll be staying in the SC family.

If it wasn't for Rick T I wouldn't have my current setup with Marine Products and Skiers Choice. Drew T has also helped me on many occasions for information and pointers on all these new boats.
