Hi I am looking for a cheaper alternative for a 2000 Moomba Outback battery. Mine has taken a digger. I am will admit I do not know a ton about batteries. The one I have in there is a 24M-X. Marine Starting
Marine Crank @ 80 F 1160
Cold Crank Amps @ 0 F: 800
Reserve Capacity: 135

I am open to ideas about 2 Batteries, I have 1 10' Sub with Amp, I do not have tower speakers(YET) I have perfect pass as well. I have batteries plus, walmart, and other big box stores around.

Thank you so much.

Get a 24 series from Costco or Menards.

X2. That is what I have but I don't crank a humongous stereo either nor do I let the boat sit idle for more than a few hours.

So, would that just be a starter battery or would you get a deep cycle battery? I think they have a dual purpose one as well. Sorry I just want to make sure I get the right battery.

Thanks again!!

If you're only getting one, go dual purpose. Then, If you add a second, get a deep cycle.
