What's a good marine stereo receiver that comes with 2 remotes I'm having a hard time finding one..

Non come with remotes. You just need to get a marine remote, compatible remotes and proper extension cables and Y cable is needed.

The Clarion M303 and M505 are solid units. Blue tooth, USB, AUX. M303 has CD, M505 has 3 pre-outs, 2nd zone and 4 volt pre-outs. Compatible with the MW1 remote and available 25ft extension cables and Y cables.
