Potential Purchase : 2009 Supra Launch SSV worlds

I am looking for some advice from you guys. Been a member forever and am now almost a boat owner. The boat in the title is a mid $40k boat and has all the options minus a heater. Even has the 8.1 big block.

It also has some cracks in the gel coat on the stern and some interior defects. I'm in Atlanta not far from Allatoona and Lanier and have found some good shops to do gel coat and interior I believe. Are these pictured defects repairable or could they have underlying issues? What would be a good price for this boat?

All of those look repairable. The ones one the bow are from using that boat buddy. I'd take that thing off and toss it. Put a roller back on.

The rear I don't understand how the got there but it's repairable, be several grand though.

Thanks for the reply. Boat needs more work than I'm willing to put into it. Moved on to trying to make a deal on a 2010 XLV GG with low hours
