Hello Folks, I found a 99 Outback LS in a field that has been sitting uncovered for almost 5 years. I have a ton of questions but I will start with this one. I finally got power to my switches for the acc. ( bilge, blower, lights etc) the light on the switch itself will come on but the acc. I'm turning on will not power up? Any suggestions on this matter? Thanks a ton.

A basic multimeter will go a long way here. Will tell you if your getting power out of the back of the switch when it's on, detect power at the accessory, etc. I'm wondering if you have bad corrosion in the wires below the floor (bilge and blower) or broken grounds. My otherwise working blower will sometimes not operate just because of a weak connector in the engine bay. Just a little jiggle gets it going again. Mine probably just needs the contacts cleaned. Yours will likely need more work. ;)

Should clean up ok. You already did well on removing the mulch from the carpet. Some people...just abandoning things like that. Insane. New vinyl will really help eventually. Also for the gel coat, you can really bring it back to life with this stuff https://www.walmart.com/ip/Wipe-New-Rust-oleum-R6PCRTLKIT-Recolor-Paint-Restorer-with-Wipe-On-Applicator/181456650?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=550&adid=22222222227053950452&wmlspartner=wmtlabs&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=t&wl3=155019401995&wl4=pla-267363577577&wl5=9017006&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=112354493&wl11=online&wl12=181456650&wl13=&veh=sem
