I'm planning to move my heater from under the port side bench seat. Thinking about mounting it ahead of the batteries, underneath the rear facing spotter seat. Looks like it will be no problem moving the hoses and wiring. Is there anything else I need to worry about? Will problems arise with air in the lines?

Moving the heater to accommodate the enzo bags I just installed. Will likely just order some new vent covers to cover the old holes.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

You should be fine, as long as you bleed the cooling system. In automotive we have issues, when the radiator fill sets, lower than the highest coolant chamber. That being said the degas bottle sets up high on the crazy, much higher than your heater. If you have any will lack of heat, add a coolant pump. Sometimes we have to do this on limousines and buses.
