I just got back from a short session on Lake Mendota in Madison, WI.

Randomly met up with 'Rugburn' and his family in front of the Union on campus. Very nice guy and told me that the community is great and always appreciates new photos/members.

Those were just a few shots I had from our first teaser weekend with the boat. This is my first boat and my very first inboard ever driven so I'm pretty much in heaven right now. I'll post some more pics when I finally get the hang of things and bring out a full crew.

I love it.

BTW, how did you get the wife to clean the boat?

No kidding. My wife was just complaining about how dirty my car is, and I explained the hours that I spend cleaning and prepping the boat.

A boy has his priorities. :p

Glad to see you posted pics. That boat is better in person that in photos. Thats the first time Ive seen an 06 in the water. Beautiful.

Im sure we'll get a chance to meet more out on the lake at Crazy Bay (named because a mental health facility looks over the section of the lake) and I can get a closer look at your boat. Have a great summer and welcome!!

She's still cleaning because she hasn't had to pull me yet! But we did get PP which from this forum I learned, PP = marriage saver, so I'm not too worried.

I spose more likely its cause I can still chaulk up that one with us still being newlyweds, I said I would take care of the hull and that she'd be better at the upholstery! It worked, at least for now.

Nice boat, good luck with the cleaning crew. After 13 years of married bliss, I get help about 1 out of 10 cleanings! I really like the Black/white combo. Very Nice! :)

Reminds me of the good ole day, yes "day", that day when my wife waxed my boat while I went up the street and drank beer at Fricks. I seem to think that day will never be re-lived.
