I feel lucky to have rec'd my refund. I knew there was some risk pre-ordering this drone, but thought it was worth it. I had emailed them after the 2nd delay in regards to the promo video and how I felt that was a misrepresentation of where the development of the project stood.

Go Pro should buy the IP since its in need of a drone to compete wit DJI

Someone needs to do it. I am on the DJI forum and face book groups and there are so many people who fly over water. People on this forum may be flying a bit closer to the water than most though.
