I have the factory 400s out of a 2008 lsv. And a tsunami 800 pump. I'm a cheep ass and am trying to find a cheap way to use the pump as a throw over until I put them on pumps and switches. Anyone have luck going to home Depot and finding fittings that would work

The thread on tsunamis is odd and you won't find anything locally. I went to Lowe's and bought 1' of 1 1/4 or 1 1/2" clear hose that fit very tightly over the threads of the pump. Soften it in boiling water if necessary. The other end goes to pvc pipe that allows you to get to a known thread that is available at Lowe's. Hose clamp both ends of clear tube. I ran this way for 1/2 a season while testing locations and capacities for my old outback DD before I bought they actual fittings and bags.

The 1200 tsunamis use weird thread, like 1 1/8 NPT or something, but the 800, at least mine, use 3/4 NPT. Nothing weird with them.
Then the sacs use something that is not a standard thread. But 3/4 NPT with some tape around it does work "ok".
Though you would probably want some kind of quick-connect/disconnect to use it for throw over pumping.
Might put a 3/4 hose barb on any of the bottom "holes" in the bags and then a piece of hose, going to a hose barb 3/4 female. Then the pump would need a 3/4 female to hose barb and a piece of hose with a 3/4 male npt on the other end.
Finally you would need 2 plugs, 3/4 NPT.

You could then throw the pump over board, connect the hose from the pump to the female NPT from one of the bags, fill the bag, hold the hose above the top of the bag and disconnect the hose and then plug the hose from the bag. Repeat for other sac.
When you empty, you thread the pump into the hose going from the bag and lay it flat on the floor or below the bag and drain overboard.
Would work, but seems like a lot of hassle.

are you looking for the fittings that go on the bag? The quick disconnect ones? If so I may have one laying around.

is this what you're looking for? It is the fitting that goes on the bag and allows you to hook the pump hose onto it to fill and drain.
