wife's 115 and I'm 200. Neither have ever tried to surf before but would this board work for both of us? She still wakeboards also but I haven't in a couple years after my scorpion crash that messed up my back.

Honestly it will be too big for your wife, but its a great learning board. The issue with it is, its a big heavy board and has a lot of drag in the water, it also doesn't respond to fast to input, this is what makes it a great beginner board. You can have someone who moves too much on the board and the board will negate this by slow response time.

As for you being 200 yea it will work well but you are going to have a hard time finding a board for you and her with that big a weight difference.
