I haven't seen this posted here, so not sure if anyone is having the issue I was. Just recently, my F2 jack started getting really hard to crank up and down. I figured i could just grease the gears that are accessible by taking the top cap off, but those were fine. I searched the interwebs and came across this service bulletin that someone posted on the Mastercraft forum. The housing of the jack that the screw is in on mine didn't have a ventilation port, so i followed the instructions, drilled a 3/8" hole, and shot some marine grease in there...... The jack works much more smoothly now.

Funny, I just checked mine the other night, it had the vent port. My trailer was built ~ 4/14.

Thanks for this. I had not seen the bulletin and mine has been getting more and more difficult to crank. I'm going to take care of this this weekend. Appreciate the post!
