Fill/drain ballast at speed?

Can you fill and drain ballast at wake surf speed? I have the gravity III ballast system. I usually fill and drain while costing around at idle. Would like to adjust ballast levels sometimes at 10 to 11 mph. Can't find anything in manual about this.

yes you can fill and drain while cruising at any speed.

Yes your actually sopposed to run to speed 15+ to help prime your pumps then fill. Draining won't matter as your should be side drain.
