Hi all, new owner looking for guidance on how to setup our boat for surfing. For some reason, I cannot seem to get a good wake for wake boarding or Surfing wake out of this boat. The Surf wake just seems to be all white water no matter what I do. There has to be some kind of trick no?

Can you give us a little more info? Bag size, flow, lake depth, etc...
1) For wakeboarding I use bow tank 100%, ibs empty, rear bags 25 to 50% ( 1100# bags and depending on rider skill). Wake plate dependent on condition adjusted real time for best wake. I also adjust rope length on speed to put the rider at the best part of the wake. The slower I go the shorter the rope.
2) For wake surf without flow, I fill bow and ibs 100%, surf side bag 100% and plate 75 to 100% up. Speed usually 9.8 ( Really shallow lake).
3) For wake surf with manual flow, Bow and ibs 100%, surf side 75% and opposite about 30% and plate at 50%.
Hope this helps!

one nice thing is you have a LSV, lots and lots of info to make a great surf wave as the hull is the same from 06-15, with a top deck redesign in 13.

spend some time searching and reading and you will get a good set up

the flow and auto flow setups will be setup differently than those without.

Listed.. 1100 filled on surf side and front full, and add IBS bag (650).
manual Flow equipped. 80% Surf side/20 non-surf side and position 3 along with front around 80% w/ equipped IBS bag.
Suck gate equipped. 70/70 rear locker, 70 front.

This is the best wave I have achieved with just driver and one surfer... Adjust accordingly depending on how many human ballast you have on board.

Are all your set ups figured with 1100# locker bags and 650# IBS?

Here is what skier choice sent me this morning.

LSV - Surf Edition
Front Ballast Weight (Lbs) 1000
Port Rear Ballast (Lbs) 650
Stbd Rear Ballast (Lbs) 650
Front ballast % 100%
Surf side rear ballast % - stock 50%
Opp side rear ballast % - stock 50%
Flow plate (opposite side) 2nd Position
Wakeplate 100%
Speed (mph) 10.8
Seating positions - minimum Driver, mid cockpit surf side, Observer seat
Prop Recommended 13.5 x 16.5

I do have the Recommended 13.5 x 16.5 prop, but it seems like I need more torque ( or something ) to plane the boat when I have full ballast and full of people.
