No idea but you should keep tunes on your phone as well, do you have a MP3 cable or do you BT to the stereo and that doesnt work because its stuck in start up?

Only other idea is remove power completly from it. Not just turn it off, maybe it will reset but sounds like an internal issue.

yes it sucks on the lake with no tunes.

Contact them. When I got my fusion it wouldn't connect with one of my iphones. Sent it in to them and they sent me a new one that worked.

I haven't had issues with it being stuck on startup but I lose bluetooth regularly now. Anytime the boat has been put up more than a day or two.
