Bilge pump fuse

While replacing a bad bilge pump I believe I blew a fuse but cannot find where the fuse is located. All the breakers under the dash do pertain to the bilge pump. There is a panel of fuses on the engine and I'm hoping this is where it is located. Anyone have any info on this it would be greatly appreciated. I have bench tested the pump it works fine.

Look in the port side locker on the amp rack. There should be a fuse mounted to the rack or somewhere in the vicinity.

It may be an inline fuse right next to the battery.
