I bet it's like in the 70's and 80's where it was cool to have a million shocks on your truck, rancho used to sell shocks that had holes drilled in them so all they did was look cool. 90% of those speakers could just not be hooked up. I am honestly more surprised that they could even get the wires up to each of them.

I would be really sad if I were next to that boat in a tie-up. I wouldn't be able to hear the tunes since there isn't a single speaker pointed sideways. On the plus side, with all those batteries, you wouldn't have to upgrade the ballast system.
