I'm hoping this weekend shows 80 air temps with water in lower 70s.

What's it look like in your area?

What?! Dude how do they pay teachers near there??? I have been getting closer and closer to leaving colorado, boating season is just too short and this winter has been long!
Friday should be 78 air and low to mid 50s water because last weekend we for a foot of snow. Wont keep me off the water though...

I never realized how available that information is. It appears the lowest paid in our school district is 41k and highest is 151k, that is super and his secretary, coincidentally?

Teachers appear to make between 43k and 63k, coaches a bit higher. Our district will lean towards upper side, but not highest, in the state scale.

Homes in subdivisions under 150k. Lake starts around 250k, with compromise.

A house on the water for 250k? Hi Kyle, I'm David, your new neighbor! That awesome, can't believe it's that affordable. We went and looked at a 3 acre home lot close by the other day until we got the price. $385,000 for three acres!!!! Then you have to build a house, insane.

Anyways our air temps are supposed to be mid 80s (85-86) and I'm not sure on the water. I'll let yah know tomorrow!

That is a minimum. Realistically, you are still making compromises in the lot/house up to double that price range. But land over 100k acre? Wow

See that's my catch. For us to move to a place where we would truly be happy, I would take a 10 to 20k pay hit from what I make here plus I am a 2 sport head coach which also helps. I'm just so darn miserable in this snowy place. Perhaps though I will get to looking at little deeper at your area and crunch some numbers more. What district are you referring to?

Yeah, we bought in at a good time when the market was down. Now lots are going for 80k in our neighbor hood and they are 1/4-1/5 an acre. It's stupid. Especially since no one in Houston is buying anything.

In the low 90s. The boat won't be out until July at the earliest as I recovering from knee surgery. I can't even work with the dive rescue team whose been searching under a 200 foot waterfall for a drowning victim. Oh well, I will probably head to the mountains with my side by side this weekend.

Air temp is 50's some days, 60's some days, and once every couple weeks it'll hit 70's. I'm getting pretty sick of this weather...As for water temps - cold! Hopefully we're done with 50's in the next week or 2.

I don't even want to talk temps with my weekend warrior schedule. Suppose to be the best riding time in UT before the crowds come out. Guess I'm going to have to wait for the weather to clear and the crowds to come play.

We are getting lots of record high weather in the PNW this year. Saturday is looking nuts with a high of 87!!! Fri = 83, Sun = 71.

But our water temps are still cold in the river. 55 in the Willamette over last weekend, but it look like it's finally climbing. Both the Willamette and Columbia should be 56 to 58.

Since I was at sandlake for the last week no way I have altered the data in any way contrary to what Trayson thinks. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160504/797a4f5e6f2c3f75c164b4bad351b99f.jpg

LOL. I think you've already educated me quite well that the Willamette is a lot warmer in Newberg than it is downtown. No conspiracy theory here, I'm not even wearing my tinfoil hat.

Although I might venture out this weekend to a little lake and get some 65 degree water.

Winter is still around in CO. Its been a long one. Started mid Nov and never let go.

Air temp, 70. This weekend air temp 55-60...

All the lakes within 1.5 hours of me,

Carter Lake Res is 45 deg F.

Boyd Lake is much warmer at 47

Aurora Res 45

Jackson Lake Res is a balmy 49!

Look like I'm heading to Jackson in a few weeks if I'm getting in the water without a dry suit. I do have a full wet though. 5mm.
