Hi Guys, I am selling my Ronix Eight. 3 Wakeshaper. I know you are asking "why" so here is the scoop. I have an 08 LSV and as you all know it has the curved line that runs through the center of the back where the Velcro sticks to the boat. I spoke with "Ronix" on the issue and where to stick it and they said it will be fine over the curve as long as most of the shaper is stuck to the Velcro. I tried the shims every possible way that it could be done and even had a custom shim made and it still ripped off after 2 minutes at 11 mph. Let me say this, when it did stay on it made a beautifully shaped wake it just wouldn't hold for me. I even tried to position the shaper back, forward, up, and down on the Velcro on the boat as it is a lot bigger than the Velcro on the shim. Don't be fooled though that Velcro is crazy strong so I cant blame that, I would just say if you have a hull like mine this product is not for you unless you can think of another way to stick it. If you need more info call me 803-667-1409. Still in box the way it came with all paperwork, used for 2 outings but very limited use with no issues. You will have to order the 4 Velcro strips for your boat but I think that is pretty easy from their site. $475 firm for now plus shipping.
