Check your impeller

It's possible that it may need to be primed. Even the jabsco pumps occasionally need priming especially after being winterized. This has happened to me a few times on my rear port sac. Had to use an external pump to prime the system. In my case just partially filled my bag then was able to go into drain cycle to prime.

I believe it's pulling air through the vent side if the system is completely dry preventing it from priming.

Just throwing this out there.......You said bow bag, how long are you waiting? The bow sac is piggybacked off the hard tank. So it won't start filling until the hard tank is full.

Have you checked the impellers though? I had bow bag issues when we got our boat and found this. ...

Big difference in old vs new !

sorry for the questions, i am a total newbie when it comes to wakeboats. :-)

Pump should be in port locker behind the rear panel. If it's at home you could try a fake a lake on the ballast intake on the bottom of the hull. Or try filling you bow bag with the water hose. Then start the drain process.

i'm gonna try fill the bow bag with a water hose and then drain with the pump. thanks.

You just need enough water to stop the air flow.

If you just brought it out of winterization the seacock could be closed.

Agree 100% with this.

It takes a while to fill the hard tank. You hear air coming out the vent because it is supposed to. I think it takes about 5 minutes to fill the hard tank, then the bow sac will start to fill.

Pumps might be on starboard side on the 16.
I think I was looking under the cup holder on one at the transom on the starboard side and saw a ballast pump. Could be wrong though.

My 15 has 2 on starboard and 1 on port side

On my 2015 Mojo I also had to increase the factory default timer to get my bags to fill up all the way. They will pump out overflows on side of boat once full but my timer was turning pumps off early. Easy to increase timer in display menu.

I have since replaced my rear ballast with Sumo Max 1000s which has finally got my surf wave where I like it.
