2011 LSV Ballast Power Distribution Module

Anyone know anything about the 2011 LSV Ballast Power Distribution Module? My ballast pumps won't turn on. I have a fresh charge on both batteries and have reset the ballast breaker. The switch light comes on but the pump doesn't run. (it's the same for all three switched.

Check your basics. Fuse or breaker then check to see if power is getting to the pumps and through the switches.

Everything checks out back the the Ballast PDM. Checking to see if anyone knows how to check if the PDM is working correctly?
