LA boat show

Caught the final day today down here in LA. Was pretty disappointed to see that Supra/Moomba didn't have a booth. Everyone else was there ... Nautique/Malibu/Tige/MB. Pretty big market ... I'm shocked they weren't there.

That being said we got a long tour of the new G23. Wow. Anyone seen the surf wake on this boat? According to the sponsored rider who was there at the Nautique booth, its waved crushed the Supra SE's wave. Prob just BS but its definitely a sick boat. $160K tag on it though.

I guess their inland empire dealer (who also sells cars) is in the hole & SC will be dropping them. They have tons of inventory from all manufactures brand new but 1-3 years old.

I guess they don't know how to sell boats...

Yea, I bet being pulled behind the pro surf tour boat is lame. :rolleyes: LOL.

I thought the G23 wave had tons of push but lacked in the length. I wouldn't put the G above the SE or the X23. Perhaps the G feels massive bc if you slow down too quick it comes rolling into the boat.

Few pics from boat show up here. Nautique is overrated Imo. I really like the SA they had on floor and it was right next to Nautique.

Yep that's them. They were at the boat show last year as the new dealer. This year they are getting dropped like a crazy ex GF.

That is a steal of a deal for sure! There's a SE550 in UT with something like 170 hours that their blowing out $108k and I thought that was a deal till this one...

Good deals where companies are closing shop or changing brands. I got mine in 2002 from a dealer that was switching brands and it was basically any reasonable offer accepted.

Ha Ha. You're right. They like those orange boats down here.
I've seen a new G that was orange/gray/white on the lake. It was awesome! Everyone on my boat noticed it and had a comment.
