I would prefer to build a box but time is never going to allow that so I am looking to purchase a box for 12 inch subwoofer. Any suggestions on where I can get a well made pre fabricated sealed box?

Take a look at Pro Box if your going that direction or stop by you local car audio store and have them build you one.

I see you are in Texas. I'd hit up Odin over at Earmark Marine. They build them all the time and I know could take care of you. He's been great with all the stuff I've done with them over the years and they offer forum discounts. He walked me through every step of my enclosure build and system tuning. Good people. Had I been closer I would have just let them do it all but didn't have that luxury :)

inexpensive vented box for a 12 inch sub. comes already coated with bedliner. i had one of these in my Supra. it is not the sealed application you are looking for but it might be worth consideration for $71 with free shipping.

Appreciate the advice. I looked at it all and ended up landing on wet sounds 10inch sub in fiberglass box and EQ. Also adding a HT-4 amp for cabin speakers. Heck of a deal on ht-4 right now if you know anyone needing a good cabin or tower amp.

That's going to be a nice upgrade! Are you buying the sub with the amp built all in one box?

Yes. Had some good reviews from the forums and the idea of water proof box made at least worth trying. For $449 I am going to wire it up and give it a test run. if it's not what I was looking for then going to 12 inch sub and getting a box.

Keep us (we at least me) updated :) I am thinking about buying the same sub. Where / how are you mounting it?
