I love my drone , prolly can't go wrong either way. Also Brock will custom design the shape to if you need. Get the futures find either way

Does the Drone release easy for spins?

Get the futures fins either way

THIS.....
putting a set of futures fins on my soulcraft made a night and day difference in the speed of the board.... I have the f4's and love them. they are pricey tho...

Do you guys send video to Brock of you surfing on your favorite board? Was wondering about how he customizes for specific people.

When I was debating between the Drone (which I'd ridden before I bought) and the Nubstep (which I'd never ridden); I ended up talking with Brock at Length and went with the Nubstep.

Yes, the nubstep's tail is a little better for spins. I haven't had a chance to compare a drone and a nubstep side by side (and the only drone in our area is a 4'4 and I have a 4'6 nubstep).

In the end, I'm happy with my choice. I adore my Nubstep and haven't found another board I like better.

the drone has slightly more volume for its size . I customized a 4'8" to fit in between the standard sizes. very similar so brock can walk you through it based on your riding...

I am leaning Nubstep but also thinking of Neo. I have a P5 Model X, I wish there was a way to demo the boards before I bought.

5'10" 215-220, I like speed, carving, slashing. I also would like a board that will break loose for surface spins.
From the feedback I am getting on the message boards it looks like Nubstep will be the one. Now on to graphics....

yes the larger nubstep is a big boy board , that's why I up the drone to the 4'8"

I believe the Nubstep will be 4'9-4'10 for me.
