With Halloween gone by the marketers are taking dead aim on Christmas. Not much traffic on here right now so I thought I'd throw it out there. What are you asking for for Christmas? Planning on a kayak for the wife. The past couple of years we have stuck to "lake" gifts which has been pretty nice actually. If you want to impress your wife on your anniversary give her three remote controlled ceiling fans and do the installation. Putty in your hands.

I want to start a wakeboard lake but the wife wants a great room added to the house. I think I got her talk into waiting to add on till we lived in the house a year. I been telling her we only lived here less than a month, there might be something else we need to change on the house also. I am still pushing that new lake. (and realistically I would like a gun safe)

I've always been a PS guy. To me the X Box has always seemed more kid like, cartoonish. Plus the PS can sit on the shelf with other electronics and not look like a game consol. I use mine to watch Netflix a lot to lol

xbox1 is slick, hardly looks like a game console of old, & integrates completely with your home stereo, tv, and satellite receiver. Has all the web and stream features, Blu Ray, plus voice commands.
Run an app on your ipad or phone and now you have a remote that controls everything. Switch between game, stream movie, football game on sunday ticket, or do a couple of them at the same time. Say "xbox off" and everything shuts down as you leave the room :)

Wife just threw down on a Oneill boost drysuit for herself. that's kind of like a gift to me because it means she'll be all the more stoked for early and late season riding.
