ballast pump replacement/upgrade

When I winterized this year I pulled the stock pumps from my 08 LSV because I was having a lot of issues this year. I want to replace in the off season, so what should I put in there? Thanks

I'd also add the bow sac up front, and 1100s in the back if you surf.

I did that upgrade on my LSV in 11 or 12, honestly can't recall and it was one of the best upgrades. Its not all that bad to do. Most intimidating part was drilling the holes in the bottom of the boat. Enough people have done it now that there is lots of threads on how to do it right.

Wiring is a lot simpler then it looks.

For the IBS I found it easiest to piggy back off the center bag, and I left the factory main pump in for the center bag. But no reason you can't go reversible on it as well.

I just did that kit this summer and I wires the IBS to an accessory switch and gave it it's own reversible pump. I reused the factory pump for the ski lock bag. Only thing is I wish it had timers so you wouldn't have to have everything opened when draining
