View Full Version : Boatmate trailer - tire pressure
Hi,
I have the single axis Boatmater trailer for my LSV.
I was looking for the proper tire pressure on the tires however what I see on the tire wall is a mx pressure of 65 psi.
Where can I find the proper normal pressure I should inflate the tires to.
Thanks
Mart

From everything i have read over the years, you should keep the tires inflated to close to the max psi. You can google it and i believe that is the general consensus.

I have a dual axle boatmate, and the tires say max 50, so that's what I set them at. Of course, this was after having them at 40 psi since I bought the boat in February this year. I finally decided to google it, and the concensus is to run them at the max pressure.
Thank you for the quick replies.
60 psi it will be!

As a side note, read your tire wall and make sure you aren't exceeding the max psi (I doubt you are, but always worth double checking)
