swivel board racks for a 2008 XLV

Are there any swivel racks that work well with the XLV? I think its a 2 3/8 tube? Does Roswell make an adaptor to make the factory racks swivel?

Will those Reborn ones swivel all the way into the boat? Love the price. I was also looking at the Monster ones, any one have input on those?
